Staff and Other Cluster Groups
Some clusters groups consist of staffpersons or of ministers who are not currently serving a church. Each senior pastor is part of the group to which the church officially belongs (since a cluster group is the primary point of accountability for churches, as well as for pastors). However, staffpersons are free to organize separate cluster groups for their own accountability.
